three fast healthy foods

I've been looking for easier ways to get more fruits and veggies.  Here are a couple.

First up is frozen fruits.  I love berries, but winter is a rough time of year for them.  Pour a bowl of frozen fruit and microwave it for one min.  They will still be chilled and taste amazing sprinkled with sugar.  I should maybe point out that while I know sugar isn't healthy, I'm looking for ways to get more fruits and veggies in me, the sugar just helps.

The next is sauteed green beans (or whatever vegetable you like) with almonds in olive oil.  Just stir them around on medium heat for 5-10 min until the almonds aren't too crunchy.  Add whatever seasoning you like.

And last is cadbury mini eggs.  
Fast?  Yes.  
Healthy?  Yes.
