like / dislike

I like it when I am sitting on the couch in the evening and can feel the couch shake with my husband's laughter.

I don't like it when I am making mac n' cheese and I pour the cheese powder into the boiling water instead of the noodles.

I like it when crazy forces in the universe combine to create the perfect environment for both of my kids to take a nap at the same time.  It's not every day that you get time to yourself when you are home alone with the kids :)

I don't like it when I spray myself in the face with cooking spray because I'm not paying attention to the direction the nozzle is pointing.

I like it when I am making something for my daughter and she is so excited about it that she prances around and asks over and over again if it's done yet.

I don't like making my kids get into a hot car.  In fact I hate that.

I like it when I find handmade truffles in my freezer left for me there by my sister-in-law, just because.

I like kisses from my kids.  I don't think I'll ever get over that.

I don't like it when I store my butter in a cupboard right next to the new pack of gum and the butter starts sporting a minty flavor.

I like it when my nephew spouts off his dinosaur song and can tell you all about dinos from A to Z.

I like getting sleep.  So I think I'll be heading off to bed now.  Good night!
