Waffles in the city.

My family and I met up with my brother and his wife at Bruges, in Salt Lake City.  I was introduced to this tiny waffle house last week by my sweet cousin, and it was the perfect relaxed space to meet up with friends and not worry about our kids disturbing anyone.

We had waffles with belgian chocolate sandwiched and melting between them, topped with vanilla ice cream.  Okay!

This really was on a pretty little street.  We stopped in at Tony Caputo's Market, browsed through and drooled all over a bike shop, and...

... pet Petunia :)

Tuesday is the last day to enter the earring giveaway!  If you haven't entered, you should!  Even if your ears aren't pierced, they would be a lovely gift for a friend or sister :)

  3. This sounds like a fun/good place to eat- and that waffle sounded amazing! I loved living in downtown salt lake when we were first married, the only things I didn't like about the area was how congested it was, the traffic, and the crappy air. I miss going on dates with Ryan to look at antique furniture stores, that was so fun.
